By reading through this forum I can see many people have had the beast CSA destroy them too... recently I had a nightmare!
I am a regular payer privately to my ex... (turns out just because you pay cash to you ex it doesn't mean private) paid close to 9000 last year and child support have charged 85% based on my previous year taxes return as this year i was a little late.
I'm so stressed out by this, they have been into my accounts and took what money i had in there! total clean out. I'm so stressed by it right now i cant even explain the story.
Once resolved somehow I will post the full story on here.
But for now I can only try to remain sane! |

Yes, the CSA have been more active lately. It has a lot to do with the passing of Matt Miller, who was quite a decent man and the rise of the second-raters like Lodge, who subscribe to the "presumption of guilt" when dealing with fathers.
Oh yeah, let's not forget they're back to a woman in charge and the government's got budget problems. Expect more of the same for some time to come if Gillard and Labor are elected, as seems increasingly likely.
If only they could get it through their skulls that it is not in anyone's interests to employ their stand-over tactics. They might even try talking to the ATO for some lessons in how to negotiate outcomes in complex matters.
Have a look at http://www.familylawwebguide.com.au/ if you'd like some good advice and a supportive ear.
If you'd like a more receptive audience here, I'd suggest registering. _________________ Cheers,
