I am about to start a topic that will provoke and antagonise.

I received a letter from Richard D Costa (at least that's the name he gave) a personalised service manager that is the C$A closer.

He surely shows more smarts than most.

However his advice that I am required to contact the ex mole is somewhat misguided.

Liase with your own arse fuckwit.

How about supplying me with your personal information.

Then we may be on a level playing field.

It seems the CSA is trying to pass the buck on matters like yours and mine. I also was advised by "Ross" (no surname given) that I had to negotiate with the ex, which I duly tried to do for nearly 8 months last year and early this year, sending her no less than 16 emails asking to sit down and negotiate an end to all the bullshit. Guess what? No response from her and a garnishment of my bank account was the result, along with an abusive phone call from an unidentified woman at the CSA who threatened to make a false entry in the register saying that I "refused to pay" if I did not "cooperate". Turns out the ex had changed to "CSA collect" without telling me and hadn't bothered to let them know about the money I'd been giving her.

Tell him to stick it up his bum. I told her and them that all previous deals were now off and she can get a lawyer if she wants any money out of me. So far, after nearly 3 months, "no answer" is the reply. It seems that to her, the money is less important than trying to use the CSA to harass me.

BTW, Bill Lodge, if you're reading this, when can I expect a response to my complaint about the threats made by your staff member in the letter that was hand-delivered to your Brisbane office on 5/5/2010?
