And it just keeps going up...

Australian Child Support Agency death toll since
Kevin Rudd became Prime Minister: 11617 clients

If you go to the official Dads on the Air dotnet (www.dadsontheair dot net) site and listen to last weeks show (13 July 2010), John Stapelton states how this figure is estimated and he clearly backs it up as factual because.

"The CSA are a government agency, if our estimate was not close they would issue a 'cease and desist' order through an Australian court".

Seems that fighting the CSA is many times more dangerous than fighting the taliban in Afghanistan.

Hey Dave and fellow receivers of the CSA's pork sword in the clacker.

I have been fighting the CSA for just over 8 years now with limited success. I have won a few and lost many, but my view is have your say and keep being a pain in their arse. My X slag wife unfortunately knows the system back to front and has dodged every bitch slapping sent her way. She has not put in a tax return since we split but neither the CSA or ATO have done anything about it, they just keep handing her money hand over fist.

I am one of the fortunate parents to have 50% care of my boy's but the CSA still bend me over a give me a good one every year.

I was winning the Change of Assessment battle under reason 8 for a while but now that she has returned to work part time and is only earning about $20K, they have overturned my reason 8 challeng and uped the amount again.

Keep your chin up and keep fighting these pricks, the only down side is that it keeps these fuckers in a job.
